Search

When you need to jump straight to a lot, a customer, a supplier, or a particular record, use the global search box rather than clicking through the menus.

Using search

Open Search from the phone top bar or the compact utility controls in the laptop sidebar, then start typing. PoultryDesk looks across your organization's records - lots, customers, suppliers, and more - and shows matches as you type. Pick a result to go straight to it.

Search matches on the words in a record, so a partial name or a reference number is usually enough to find what you are after.

Your data stays yours

Search only ever looks inside your own organization. There is no shared or cross-organization search - one organization can never see another's records through search, by design.
